What can I do about this?

Literally as I was typing this message, I had ran bf3 for the first time in months and left it in the background for a fewminutes and the laptop turned itself off

I've got a 1 year standard service from Dell. Bought it on the 22nd August 2011.

This was a Dell Outlet refurbished laptop.

Do you think I should send it back?

Contact Dell CS and get it sent back for repair/Get a technician out to look at it.

i took my whole dell L702x apart and replaced the tim they used, they make a right mess of it
