Damn, really? Well, that gives them a good few days to sort out the game breaking bugs.

If you are getting regular crashes turn the slider whatsit in the graphics options down to 85. wont be perfect but will help quite a bit. This is all on the beta forums by the way.

... read the beta forums please and no they probably aren't going to solve the game breaking bugs in 1 day.

They are mostly working on getting the server features working.

Oh and please don't join the ranks of people making threads asking when the server is going to be open, if it were up to me that would be an instant ban from the technical test.

All that does is reduce the game renderer resolution, only helps because cpu/gpu load is reduced and less likely to hit the physx crash.

I always love it when people sign up for betas, then moan about the state of the game. I won't get into the PS2 beta until the PS1 Vet wave but I bet the in game chat is full of it.

That is the problem of recent years when developers have used Betas as glorified demos and marketing tools (e.g. GOW 3).

Once you lot put your beta key in how long before you got access? mines been on my account for a week now and still cant download client

Depends where you got the key from.

Twitter keys are going to be a few weeks away yet if it's one of those.

In all honesty I think it would be a bit lame if PR stunt keys got access prior to PS players be it current subs or vets.

But I would say that being a vet waiting for access

Well the nVidia keys got in before you but that was a balls up by nVidia not SoE.

Week today for the Vets access, so not long.

Seen no news on the Official Twitter or Facebook feeds yet.

Open beta is weeks away yet.

PS1 non-subbed Vets are due in next week, then there's PCGamer/Twitter keys to go after that, then any Beta registrants from the PS2 website. After that it'd be open beta and that's gonna be a fair while yet.
