If this supports at least 720p I will be purchasing. I do have the original game but it would be nice to have slightly better resolution when playing on a larger screen.

I'd be surprised if it's any better really. Shame because FF7 can actually look quite reasonable in it's original PSX disc format.

What's that? It will be in it's original pixelated form?

Nice to know we can have higher fullscreen resolutions but I doubt it will do wonders for the ingame graphics i.e. the pre-rendered backgrounds may still be pixelated as hell.

Indeed, but maybe with the new optimization, maybe they might be able to push it a bit further. Most of the graphics enhancements that I tried( many years ago) were pretty useless tbh. At least it might generate a bit more interest in it as well.

360 pad works out of the box. The characters have been redone but the backgrounds are the same.
