Current specs seem to be a quad core 1.4ghz exynos (which beats nvidia's tegra 3 at the same clock speed)

2gb of ram

mali 400mp gpu (the same one in the galaxy s3 clocked at 400mhz,i believe, which mean's it beats every other gpu in the android market)

So from the looks of things when the note 10.1 launches soon,in a few weeks,it should be the most powerful tablet.

S-pen technology seems like a nice addition and making notes seems like a genuine advantage for note taking and general doodling than what you can accomplish on a keyboard set-up.

Anyway else interested in it?Current speculative prices are at £450 but i hope when it launches it can fall around the £399 mark.

thats the Note II :p

And this new Tablet is a bit half baked tbh - should have had a better screen and stylish design.

I agree the design looks abit naff with the silver bezel on either side of the tablet, but i think they added that to distinguish itself from the ipad, because if you were to take away those and the samsung logo you would be left with a clean bezel which would resemble the ipad, just my theory anyway.

I'm not too bothered by it being only a 1mp pixel display as most of the video files i own are 720p anyway.

There's the promotion video for it,i think if it actually works without lag as stated by the not running in real time promotional video then it has a genuine selling point that no other tablet has, well for a few months anyway before the microsoft surface launches with windows 8 rt.

Will be interesting to see how samsungs implementation of the stylus works compared to microsoft efforts, although i think microsoft is going to have an advantage in this department as windows 8 was build with a stylus in mind and bill gates has always loved the tablet+stylus combo lol

I must say when i first saw the promotional video for it i was like wow why hasn't a tablet come out with this technology before, including the ipad.

I know microsoft had there tablet pc line years ago but as far as im aware they were pretty terrible with handwriting recognition and the were based on windows xp,not the most tablet friendly OS

I'm hoping to get brought down from the USA, not sure if they have the 32gb wifi/3g Grey (that I would prefer) in stock though... but may settle for a wifi only version.

I've been playing with it instore and I just don't like the UI. It still feels sluggish and as snappy compared to the iPad 3. I found the same experience with the Galaxy Tab 7.7 and Galaxy Note handset also. The S3 on the other hand is perfect.
