TRY SITTING DOWN ON THE TOILET LIKE A LADY DOES AND LET US KNOW WHAT HAPPENS I BET YOU TURN INTO ONE LIKE MY FRIEND JOHN HE WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY AND HE'D TURNED INTO SUZIE WHICH SURPRISED EVERYONE

The meat sweats are a common cause of your sweat smelling like ammonia, and feet sweat a lot, what is your diet like?

Diet is good always has been, had this for years, i do do a lot of walking of hard surfaces though, maybe shoes are needing renewed, they are cross/trainer shoes and the socks were hiking socks. It's possible i don't drink enough water though, will try increasing that. And, i do like a quite a lot of salt of most foods, i don't know if that has a bearing.

Meat sweats?

I don't want to know what this is, do I?

When you eat a massive amount of meat, you sweat uncontrollably and something to do with your liver enzymes and the protein is supposed to make it smell of ammonia.

You've never eaten your bodyweight in meat and then started to sweat profusely afterwards? Every time I have a big old mixed grill or a meat centric barbecue it's inevitable.

Why bin your socks, if you think they're at fault boil wash them with plenty of detergent. It's a waste to throw away good socks.

I've had the intense sweating after eating before, not sure if it was just with meat though, doesn't happen that often but when it does i sweat buckets, quite unsettling.
