Celeron 540 Silent fan

Hi

im using a celeron 540 in my HTPC at the moment its running on stock fans but last night i noticed that it can be quite noisey.

I need a super quiet super cheap cooler to go in it.

any ideas which will perform the best?

You can try adjust the fan speed using SpeedFan and monitor the temperatures, the fan speed increases if the temperatures is high

What case have you got? What's your budget?

So it does have a little head room.

Budget is about £20 max but if there is something thats loads quieter a little more I can stretch the budget.

The Noiseblocker fan I pick is better than Xilence as it pushes more air out
