Hi guys, as above really. I've been out of the hardware game for a while.
For example with my GTX 460 the safe overclock everyone ran at the time was 800 core, 1600 shader and 4000mhz memory. I took this info, modified the BIOS to these values and flashed it back and it was my overclock ever since working perfectly.
I've now got a MSI 560ti OC on the way. The factory overclock MSI applies sets it to 880Mhz core and 4200Mhz memory which is up from the Nvidia's standard clock speeds of 822Mhz / 4000Mhz memory.
Should I leave as is or should I push up the clock a bit further, say 920Mhz/4300 Memory? I don't want to adjust voltages, just apply a safe overclock that I will not need to return to later because I set it too high.
Any suggestions people
