Online banking - fraud related

Just looked on my Natwest mobile app and balance was lower then expected. Had a payment for £340.xx go out a few days ago - there has been plenty of payments so I checked emails and can't see a 340, I also noticed a £26 went out on the same day, can't pinpoint this either.

Rang up Natwest, got to ring fraud department in morning but had to cancel my card then, new one is being sent. :(

With all payments it says who the payment is to e.g. Marks and Spencers, these 2 payment (among others) are blank. I assume bank staff can see what it's for, while I can't?

Natwest dont seem very good at dealing with it.
Had it happen a couple of times with Halifax, one phone call which is available 24/7 and my money is back by the time i get off the phone.

I have only ever had a positive experience with Natwests fraud department.
 
Going to stick my neck out here and say these payments were legit....
Correct!

The payments were cancelled though and I'm surprised they went through. Had deleted the emails for whatever reason as well so no record of it.

I rang up fraud department and somehow I passed the security check.... Had to go into the branch and had them identify me. Sorted now anyway, just got to wait for the money to go back in.
