Couldn't they have x-rayed it since, thus not breaking the rule whilst finding out what was inside at the same time?

Thread title says it'll be opened at 4PM, but if you view the page, it says 6pm local, and 4pm GMT. Local time in Norway right now is about 16:30 (they are +1 hour on us)
