In UK law you'd be right, however I don't know about Romanian law although it's possible you could shed some light on that particular question? The lady could still be charged with one of the sexual offences were it to have happened in the UK though of course, not to mention the GBH/ABH or whatever was most appropriate for the stabbing.

For what it's worth I think the UK law is too narrowly defined here and that it is possible for a woman to rape a man but in terms of trying to draw up a sufficiently clear and coherent definition it is difficult.

i like how no one takes him seriously despite him saying he was raped by a woman who forced him to perform sex acts on her at knife point.

if it was the other way then i doubt "medication" would suffice as an alibi
