Well that's one answer, yes. Nevertheless, they are offering this yearly plan, so what's the point if no one knows about it?

Lots of people know about it. Other providers have the same thing going, no link on their sites either.

Why doesn't every company list active discounts and codes when you checkout on their sites?

Fair enough, so I guess it's intended to be one of those things that you only get to find out by chance, such as when asim linked it and made me aware of the yearly plan.
