Met a forum member on Quake Live

Recently been getting back into Quake Live, it's so amazing. Paid for the premium account giving me no wait times and extra maps.

Met a forum member on there a couple of times so just wanted to say Hi

Who else here plays QL?

I like how it keeps your stats for everything, accuracy on all weapons so on.

I used to - ran into several OcUK people while playing, haven't touched it in awhile but once I'm back on my 120Hz panel will prolly get back into it again.

There is a new gametype called Red Rover, it's pretty decent. Same idea as Clan Arena but after you frag someone they join your team. So eventually you'll end up with only one team

I used to play a lot of Quake2 about 900 years ago, might have a go at this, is it based on Q3 or 4 ?

Its based on a branch of the Quake 3 engine but its more closer IMO to Q3:Team Arena meets Quake 1 with a side of Quake 2, tho I haven't played it in awhile so might have changed a bit since.
