Awaiting receipt of parcel ??

just wondering when this will get updated?

I orderd a new board today since dpd crushed my other one lol and it still says awaiting receipt of parcel.

Whats the latest this should change?

You've made 4 posts in a row about this now, try and press the 'edit' button. If somebody from OcUK is going to respond, then they'll do it in their own time. There's also a customer services section you could post it.

When in the day did you order it?

well mate when dpd crushed a previous board and then when u order a new one this happens then im sorry but i want this seen.

if the parcel doesnt arrive again then ill just buy elsewhere in person

i cant afford to have all this time off and have things broken or not arriving
 
No one from OcUK will be able to reply to answer your query until tomorrow.

Assuming all is well then I believe the next update should be when the parcel arrives at the DPD hub.

How long it takes to get there will depend on where you live, what time it was collected, what other collections the driver had etc.

It will then be sent out to your local depot.

Normally you then get an e-mail on the morning of delivery confirming your delivery time slot.

Edit:

It's quite possible for updates to occur in the early hours of the morning.

ive had the email from ocuk confirming it will be deliverd on the 4th mate

just the dpd site isnt updated when by now it usually says its at the sortation facility

just a little annoyed as ive booked 2 days off work for nothing mate

:(
 
There's still time for DPD to update.

I've seen it happen in the early hours of the morning.

If nothing has happened by the time you get up tomorrow then post in Customer Service with your order number.
 
I've had DPD parcels not update until 7am or later so don't panic just yet, but I know that feeling :)

Was it stuck on awaiting receipt of parcel until then mate ?

Ive posted there allready mate

A friend has a delivery with dpd and his status has updated and hes in the same area as me
