lots of cats bring in rodents. my wife's parent's cat brings them in all the time
its easy enough to pick up dog crap as they do it on the lawn or on a path. not hide it in the bushes for when you are gardening. my dog doesnt **** in other people's gardens. its easy to say pick it up but how do i know where cats have hidden their ****. they also **** in the house (often kitchen) in a little tray... at least my dog knows outside is the best place for poop.
she will also protect our house from burglars
she only smells if we dont give her a bath every few months (thats all it takes).
dogs are also pack animals, they love being around you and family etc. they are fiercely loyal too...
cats are really for people who dont want a real pet or cannot look after one.
oh, and dogs dont kill for fun. cats do. they are evil little ****ers.
My cats bring in birds (not just small ones, once we had a massive crow), squirrels, mice and occasionally grass snakes/ slow worms. It's a gift toward the owner, thats a nice thing to do.
Mine don't crap in the house, they crap in a soft soil patch in our garden and dig it over after.
Mine protect the house from rodents. I protect the house from burglars with a shovel.
Dog owners never notice it, but dogs stink no matter how often you bath them.
Cats are loyal loving pets who don't roll over and let you tickle their tum just for being present. You need to earn the respect of a cat, play with them, pet them, earn their trust.
Dogs don't care who you are as long as you give them a pat on the head or a biscuit.
Domestic dogs will kill for for fun if let off the leash, you've seriously never been taking a dog for a walk and it's spotted a rabbit in the field, or a cat walking around minding it's own business? And I don't know if you ever heard of fox hunting. Or wild dogs. Dogs are killers too.
And anyway, animals hunting is nature, my cats hunt, that's what cats do.
