Hi all I am trying to contact the area manager of the homebase store in

Oxford

Cowley

I have rang all the numbers and swicth boards they are less than helpfull.

I really want an email address for the top manager/area manager.

Does any one have this please my Google skills fail me all I can find is store numbers and details :(

As a former employee (a long time ago mind when they were owned by Sainsburys) my advice is to contact their head office customer relations department. Best to write to them TBH. Its the same address as the high street catalogue store.

It kind of depends what you are wanting to contact them about whether it's even worth the effort.

If it's for a complaint you might as well not waste your time and simply go through the complaints procedure they are bound to have in place. Trying to go through a regional manager is a waste of your time and theirs, they will simply pass it on to either a customer service team in head office (who you could have contacted directly) or to a store manager (who you could have contacted directly). If it's some issue that does actually require his direct action as a consequence of the complaint then it will get to him through the customer service team anyway - i.e. a complaint about behaviour of a store manager when you had some kind of issue in store.

I would think what SkaRT has said above is spot on.

They aren't just going to give out the details of an Area Manager to you, regardless of whether you want to make a complaint, a suggestion or worse for them, might be trying to recruit them to another store.

If whatever you want to discuss goes beyond the Store Manager, you need to go to their Head Office and deal with it that way.

I received some appalling and very frustrating service from my local store. Most correspondence went through their customer service email address and I had them call me. This saga lasted about 3 months and even their delivery drivers (who also deliver for the high street catalogue store) were sick to death of delivering for them! Ended up with compensation to the tune of the value of the goods I eventually received (£100).

Yeah its a complaint but I cant seem to find any details for the complaints department any one got an email address please?

Thanks
