Rist isn't that nice, whenever I run up to him and start talking in /s he just uses the opportuity to get in some free shots on me - what a scamp!
 
Started playing my Sentinel in PVP again after getting bored with my Sorc and Assassin. They definitely need nerfing, even in recruit gear I can run rings around most people, they hit really hard and have nifty cooldowns. Zen followed by spamming blade rush cuts most people down if force leap, that one that gives you 100% crit and master strike doesn't.

What spec you using by the way and do you think Marauders are they same?

I use combat spec, which is carnage for Marauders. There's a lot of discussion of watchman/annihalation vs combat/carnage, there are for pros and cons for each IMO but I've tried both and I much prefer combat.

I fancy levelling a Jug DPS next.

After playing a number of classes I think PT's/Vanguards need a nerf and Sorcs/Sage's need a buff. Not happening in 1.4 though which is a shame (at least not in the DPS tree). It seems the devs think that they are just healers as that's where the buffs are going. :rolleyes:

Cheers, I use Carnage too. Thinking of rolling a Sent, only 18 on my mara.

I see by the new patch notes, lots of changes for Deception Assassin.

  • Incendiary Round's range has been reduced to 10 meters.
  • Assault Plastique's range has been reduced to 10 meters.

Sage Buffs:
  • Kinetic Collapse: The Incapacitation effect caused by this skill no longer breaks on damage.
  • Mental Alacrity now additionally provides immunity to interrupts for its duration. It has improved visual effects to demonstrate this effect.
  • Force Speed now has a 20-second cooldown (down from 30).

What's the point in rolling the same class? If you have a mara, then level a guardian?

Sage/sorc buffs are mostly in the healing tree from what I'd read. I'd forgotten about the VG/PT nerfs.
 
There are a couple of decent guilds about on the Imp side of TOFN for Level 50 PvP.
"Impulse" are pretty good and are giving us some good RWZ matches recently. "Whatever" are OK, but they get carried big time by their Sniper.
 
Well I only just came back after like 7 months, I'm only level 15 atm and I doubt I'd be doing hardcore PvP, just hoping to a find a few people who like to PvP and play casual.

Nick, we about to finalise our RWZ team. Guild name “Secret Imperial Agent” be scared, be very scared! :D

This makes me sad considering I'm leveling a Marauder on ToFN with the intent to mainly PvP :P

Ok maybe exaggerating a bit, but its defiantly not like it used to be. Imperial are really struggling. 10-49 WZ’s and 50 WZ’s too. Not played any RWZ’s yet so can’t comment on that.
