On eBay can i sell something as New Other (See Details) But the Speakers being used for only 6 Hours.

I have original packaging, And literally used for 6 Hours.

Or would i have to sell it as Used?

Cheers.

Just be honest in the description and I'm sure you'll get plenty of interest. I wouldn't put "as new" though. Best to put "Very Good" or whatever the next one down is.

I wouldnt put they have only been used for 6hrs,to me that tends to indicate that they are not very good

Depends on the process, some will do 100% QC, some will do spot checks. But you're just being awkward ;)

Not being awkward, trying to make the point that it's not reasonable to expect everything as 'new' to be totally untouched or turned on before and there's a judgement call.

People are saying because the OP used the product for 6 hours then it is used which is technically true but I'd still say it was 'new' myself in terms of everyday language.

When I worked in retail in an electrical shop most of our display stock ended up going back in the box and being sold as new ultimately even though it had been 'used' by us and many customers before. If there was no damage or any sign of use then it went back on the shelf, only if there was damage to it would we sell it as ex-display and cheaply.

New in this definition is as not being used by end-user, the consumer. When you buy a new car, it's got miles on the clock from the dealer/manufacturer. ;)
