Well some are to features to catch up other phones. Tabbed browsing and syncing, full screen browsing, priority mailbox (filters). Automatic SMS reply on call rejects.
I'd like to question that phrasing they've used. 2x faster to me suggests that it's 3 times as fast as the original. So if the old one did something in 1.2 seconds, this would have to do it in 0.4. If it does it on 0.8 that's 1x faster.
Either they've made some serious improvements, or that's some cheeky wording. (And me picking holes in it )
While it's a 'meh' launch, as we knew what to expect... it still does look a great device overall and the iOS improvements seem logical for the most part.
Whether I get one will rest on whether the battery is a lot better than the S3, I suspect it won't be better by much.

Will be interesting to see how apps adjust to aspect ratio change. In Android apps automatically adjust to other resolutions without a complete redesign, although it is suboptimal to a redesign.
