Poll: Thoughts on Pink Floyd's The Wall?

I like to listen to Pink Floyd loud, especially Animals and Atom Heart Mother. The Wall was never high up on my list but I certainly don't dislike it. As far as the movie goes, it makes for a good background when cleaning the house. Jenny Wright (also from Lawnmower Man fame) was hot, though.

I particularly like 'Waiting for the Worms' - Gilmour's voice is brilliant. I also like 'The Show Must Go On', short but sweet.

Your logic is flawed.
76 out of possibly 1000s of members could be bothered to vote which means the other 1000s of members didn't want to waste their time clicking on a Pink Floyd thread let alone take the time to vote 'cack'.

I can listen to The Wall over and over again which to me means that it's awesome. I do prefer Wish you were here though .

You can hardly call my logic flawed when all I was commenting on was the actual results, not extrapolating that to the entire forum membership.

Whereas you are making complete assumptions on why the other few thousand have not voted at all. It could just as easily be because the vast majority of them are of a younger age and have never even heard of Pink Floyd, so have no opinion to cast, not that they think it's cack and didn't want to waste their time voting...

I live in the real world though.
If I asked for a poll on how many think Slayers Reign In Blood is a masterpiece about 30 of us would vote 'yes' and the rest would vote 'cack' and the other 20,000 forum members also thought it was worse than cack.

i dont mind some of this creative hippy **** but the only reason most like pf is cause one they were high as a kite listening to it or two it bring them memories of child hood.
