That's right. However when I ordered my 13" MBP through the HE store in 2010, they screwed it up royally and I only got my 3 years worth of hardware support by paying the extra ~£45 for the AppleCare agreement.

I want to see if they've improved the process.

I went on the website and talked to a guy who confirmed it. Took a few weeks but I eventually got an email through to confirm it which had a PDF attached.

I'm astounded that they still haven't managed to streamline the process in 2.5 years.

I've just spoken to them and they tell me it will automatically renew when the first year is up and then show as I have another two years.

Richb is that right now that garageband is only 280mb? It use to save a couple of gb's when you removed it?

When I purchased my MBA in 2011 it auto-enrolled after 1 year.
