Hi guys

I'm looking for a nice little tablet, screen size has to be 10.2" or there about
preferably with android OS, must have good battery life too

main usage includes reading ebooks and PDF's, web browsing and possibly some 720P video playback (possibly 1080P)

Budget is around the 200 notes mark, so what should i be looking for please guys :P

Why do I read the title of this thread and get a mental image of OP rejecting the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for being too small?

Anyway, that Acer is probably about as good as your are going to get right now at that size. Maybe if Surface is reasonably priced, other Android manufacturers will have to cut their prices too.

Yeah, I had that vision in mind too... 'these 10.1" tablets are just too small; I need at least 10.2"!' :)

Having done more and more on the Iconia A210 over the past week/few days I like it all the more. The weight and thickness was the only real drawback I ever noted with it, and in all honesty it hasn't been bothering me as much I thought it would when I first picked it up. Perhaps I'm getting used to it, or perhaps getting a case/stand has changed the way I use it.

But for around 200 notes it's a very nice device, I think. Battery life I haven't really checked out too much, though.

Let's see... Yesterday I took it into work, reading pdfs on the train for an hour. Used it over the course of a two hour meeting for calendar, emails, etc. with almost constant screen-on and wi-fi connected time. Used it again for an hour's reading & tethered web-browsing on the train back. Watched about an hour of video streamed over home wi-fi and about half-an-hour of Youtube videos in the evening.

After that it finished the day on 60% battery, which I thought was pretty good. As I say, though, it is my first tablet so I really don't know how that compares...
