This looks like it has had a lot more though and even has a GUI.

Played it about 6months ago but it never managed to get me hooked for longer than about 30mins. Not sure why, the basis of it is actually pretty good.

Guys, I've started an OcUK clan, also have a safe house set up and running.

Started playing this last night. Takes a little too long for SP to regenerate without Premium in my opinion, so it's now starting to restrict what I can do - and I'm only level 13!

Join the clan, invites have been sent, you regenerate SP faster while you rest in a safe house, I am in the middle of trying to construct the sleeping quarters in our safe house.

Joined and made a dash for the safe house! Put some materials in the storage room and will help-out with the living space shortly!

The living quarters have been cleaned up now, need to get the generator working to support up to 3 rooms.
