So hungry today?! Do you ever have days when you don't feel full?

Ahoy there,

Do you ever have days where you can't seem to feel full no matter what you've eaten?

Im a average lad, 11 stone 6 foot 2 tall, fairly slim like.
Usually in a day i eat cerial for breakfast, a apple,, then a pastie or a cooked sandwich or something for tea, and maybe one peanut butter sandwich (brown bread) for supper and im usually really really full, Never eat any junk food at all.

Today iv eaten Bacon butty, Fish and chips, Half a big french stick bread, a full pizza, 2 pieces of chicken breast and a ice lolly, and still feel really hungry even after eating all that junk?

Haha random ano! but do you ever have a day where you don't feel full?

P.S this isn't a thread about weight or anything! Just a thread about how come i don't feel full haha
 
Eat some lean protein / healthy fats / low glycemic carbs. The more even your blood sugar, the more steadily the fuel will be used and the longer you will feel content.
 
Iv drank about 12 pints of water today by the way, always drink loads!

and also, should have mensioned, i eat a lot of meats, like steak, pork chops, gammon, and eggs eat a lot of eggs, but when i eat, ill have liturally a small portion like a steak and one egg and ill be really full.

but today could eat it all and feel not the slightest bit satisfied lol
 
It's because you had bacon, if I have that then I will be hungry by lunchtime.
If you put some cereal down you, you will last all day without feeling hungry.
 
I get days like this, but its usually the day after some intense exercise. Basically my body pleading for extra nutrients.

I agree with arc though, get some more lean meats and protein in you. Those and carbs are what will fill you up but the lean protein will prevent you adding too much extra weight on unlike the carbs.

Saying "a lot of meats, like steak, pork chops, gammon, and eggs eat a lot of eggs" doesn't really fit in with what you originally told us you eat either...

You don't feel full because you're not eating anywhere near enough food.

If you have actually drunk 12 pints of water, then get yourself checked for diabetes.
 
Going just by what you said in the OP your are not average at all. 6 foot 2" and only 11 stone? Where is your main meal in that list of food you have a day? I can see why you get cravings for fatty foods every now and again, its your body telling you to eat better.

Also junk does not fill you up for long, infact it stretches your stomach and leaves it bloated, making you more hungry later on.
 
I go the other way, I sometimes never get hungry at all, and can go a day or two without eating, and not feel any worse for it lol.
