It has started growing in my home town already. Now while I am not to happy to learn that it was done with no notice, they just did it. I do have to have a giggle.

Oldham's sexual health clinic is now run by ... Virgin! :D

greedy politicians of all party's should be shot for what they are doing/have done to the NHS. the latest health bill is a nail in the coffin and is a tory wet dream, it basically gives private fat cats tax money for providing worse nhs services, well done dave and nick you **** tards

And you can also thank Blair and Brown they started it, Dave is just finishing it off for them.

21 posts in nearly 10 years? Blimey.

I'm not familiar with the NHS proposals as I don't live in the UK. However, here we are looking at how to restructure the provision of public health due to the impending "demographic timebomb" which will lead to the current level of service becoming totally inaffordable. I imagine the UK faces a similar prospect. There is a lot of sense in going down the user pays route but I'm not entirely convinced.

What other health services have people experienced?

This is better news.
Now we can sue private companies who mess up rather than the taxpayer ;)

Will be more of what happens now which is private companies mess up and the NHS has to pick up the pieces. Vanc levels you say? What are them? Oh dear this one's Cr has gone over 500 - best send them to the NHS.

Won't that depend upon how the contracts are written up?

Why is taking lessons from other European countries with much better healthcare outcomes than we have a bad idea?

Labour completed the experiment of pouring money into an unreformed NHS and it showed no improvements in deaths amenable to healthcare.

Perhaps you should take a leaf out of the Scottish example; again?

Or do we not count due to our UK insignificance factor? ;)
