Yes, and Mike and Booner had to drive extra slow for my Fake GTI to keep up
Plenty of people got to the right place though, which was impressive as i changed the route 2 minutes before we left the pub
, we set off for Southampton, then found our way back on route and found a dying S3, I don't remember having an MX5 in that convoy, but I think that was because I was too busy concentrating on not losing Mike.

Can't be worse than today.
I'm still a browser of the forum, though I've been posting less these days. I sold the S3 earlier in the year as it was simply too much trouble in the end and I've been pottering about in a rather appropriately named "Bora" which has left my car interest paralysed ever since.
But things change this week. New thread will be posted once the details are sorted and I take ownership...
Stick me as a provisional for this meet in the meantime. I'll confirm car once I can confirm ownership
