Bag/backpack suggestions for 17 inch Clevo (P170EM)?

As above, I've had a search through the forum. Its my first laptop so I thought you guys would be more knowledgable.

The Swiss Ibex was suggested but someone said it's just a bit too small to fit a 17 inch comfortably.
A Slappa bag looks good but a bit out of my price range really, looking for somthing less than £50.

The other suggestion was a Belkin Slim messenger bag or backpack. Which is OK but fits the laptop and not much else.
It's either that or get a sleeve and a backpack.

Any other idea's?
 
Also wondering if I should get a laptop cooling pad. Haven't used it yet as waiting for an SSD and OS to be delivered.
If it is worth having the cooling pad then is there a bag that can also store the cooling pad?
I'll probably only be sticking it in the car rather than carrying it but it's to protect it and store everything together.

The U3 looks good. I am swayed by both of your suggestions as they're available at a good price and I guess I can always carry the cooler separately if needed.
