Spec me Black ops 2 PC

Wassup guys, My mate wants a PC that will run Black ops 2 on good settings, but he is on a budget, he dosent need a OS DON'T TALK ABOUT PIRACY keyboard or mouse. He JUST NEEDS THE TOWER hes got £500 to spend but obviosly cheaper it is the better

I think a donkey with 3 legs would still be more than enough power to run an id tech engine
