My daughter is starting to get into her game consoles now and enjoys playing games such as toy story 3 and turtles in time. Are there any other easy playing games out there for her?

I've got a sealed copy of Kung Fu Panda/Lego Indiana Jones she can have if she'd make use of it. It came as part of a bundle for a 60GB HDD and the game has been sat on my shelf ever since.

Anybody I know with a 360 are in their teens or older and view themselves as too old to play such games and I've got no interest in it either so it's just really sat there gathering dust.

Are you sure? If you don't mind that would be great. I'm sure she would love both. I can send you some money to cover P&P.

Be much better playing board games or just being outside at that age rather than in front of a screen. In my opinion. Which admittedly you didn't ask for :)

So you think she's going to spend all day on the computer? I don't let her on for long periods and she much prefers to be outside playing anyway. This is just something else that she can do that she enjoys.

your post is pretty pointless tbh.

If she gets enjoyment out of it then it's better then sitting on my shelf in the wrapper for god knows how long.

I can't see it costing much more then £1 so it isn't really worth paypal/bank transfer for that much (that's with me sending it slow post though, if you want it any faster you can bloody pay for it in that case :p) Or I could just send the disc(s) if you're not fussed by the case.

Either way trust me your details and I'll drop it by the post office next week.

Sent you my address. Slow post is fine as she's got toy story to keep her busy for a while. Thanks very muchly!

Apologies, no offence meant. Got younger cousins who just seem to be obsessed with games when they could be out doing more sport and being active more of the time. Balance is good is all I am saying. But it sounds like you know that.

Simple colourful platformers and puzzle games tend to be easy for young children so with that, look at some XBLA games or retro classic collections.

Things like Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection, Sonic the Hedgehog 4, The Simpsons Arcade, Puzzle/Bubble Bobble, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Yosumin.

my 4 year old loves the Simpson arcade, although it was on a mame cab that's now defunct.

she also likes the lego games as you can play coop and she does enjoy the fact we can work together

others are mentioned above, is there any xbox games like eyepet as she also loves that one but I don't think there is an xbox alternative.

was also looking at maybe brave for her 5th birthday but I don't know what the controls will be like if your expected to aim a bow and arrow I don't know how child friendly it will be

My 4yr old manages quite well on sonic generations only in modern sonic mode at the moment though. Although I have been trying to get her into more retro gaming last night we did quite well on mickeys world of illusion in 2 player mode, a lot more fun than these modern games lol.
