I don't have that. Battery life and data use is as you'd expect.

I'v updated mine to an offical Vodafone ICS rom B936 but it seems a lot slower. It was much better on the 2.3.6. Are the non VF ICS roms much faster?

That was not the offical Vodafone ICS(buggy as hell) that's why huawei pulled it and most other roms from their site.

Iv not been following the rom scene lately, I am on B927 still.

B927 is pretty fast, and i cant fault it really, so i guess there is no point in me upgrading?

Late to the game here, I may get this for a friend but it must be unlocked.looking to get a Vodafone one. Any guides or links on how to unlock it or places to buy them factory unlocked?

yep easily amused. From what I hear if you get it and it is running ginger bread don't upgrade it to ics, there were some major problems with that upgrade. Or at least have a read up on it first. Anyways it is a cracking phone!

Using the infusion rom here and loving it.

I remember reading a while back on modaco g300 forum that there is a way to unlock your phone for free so have a look.

I got a code off ebay for £6 or so.

i have 2 of these for my kids - recently updated from gingerbread to the infusion rom. it is much smoother and battery life is markedly better than before
just follow this excellent guide step by step

I'm struggling to get 12 hours of battery out of my phone at the moment mobile standby and phone idle have used 49% and 47% respectively. Any ideas?

I've bought one and all of a sudden today the screen corrupted and it has lines across it. It started at the top by the Notification bar, it started to change colour then the whole screen looks like it lost resolution and it has regular black lines all the way through it.

Is this a known fault?

B952 has just been released for this which hopefully fixes all the odd little niggles finally!

Mine has updated fine.

I've not heard of that one. That sounds like a failure.
