Actually they're both very similar they've looked at the end result of letting either fail (people getting sick and being untreated and the banks failing) and it was decided that stepping in, and yes dicking a way a load of money on something that wasn't the person who's money it is fault, to prevent that outcome is more beneficial than going "yeah well it's your fault **** you".

Also you're always bitching about tax on the poor etc, do you actually pay tax on your earnings given their less than legal source?

Someone getting sick and being helped society, a bank failing and getting help helps society, someone getting sick and then being made better and up to a level of health helps society, bankers still keeping their jobs and their millions does not. I am not saying kill the bankers or even put them in jail, but they should be fired and forced to cough up for the damages they did.

At the moment they are keeping their millions from years gone by, and then having the tax payer bail them out, and carry on funding them when they failed, socialising the losses and privatising the gains.

I would love for my job to be legal and I would love to be taxed on it, and also afforded the same protections as doing any legal job would offer. I hold that view for a lot of things that are illegal in this country that shouldn't be, that allow criminals to get rich and the people who punish the criminals to get even richer, all the while society is harmed.

I very much doubt this. The society we live in is far from perfect, and you're right that the rich and powerful seem to get away with far more than the rest of us. However, the vast majority of people in this country are comfortable. Most people aren't starving. Most people have a roof over their heads. Most people have an income sufficient to sustain their lifestyles, even if those lifestyles have been forced to contract a bit over the last few years. These are not conditions favourable to some glorious blood-soaked proletarian uprising.

Uprisings happen in places where a lot of people have little to lose. They're starving, they're disenfranchised, they're homeless, and they're persecuted or oppressed. None of these things are true in western first-world nations.

well strictly speaking hurduf as an in call/out call escort is 100% legal the only illegal part of his activities is the fact he is committing tax Evasion by not declaring the income to HMRC.

Considering I have friends who get constant hassle from the Police for doing the same thing that I do but are female who tried to get some protection (which they did as well to be fair), I am not going any where near declaring anything, and I could claim I was "looking for work" and get housing and the dole, but I don't and never have done.

The government don't get to demonise what I do and then take my money.

Depends, I run a car, have a second job that I pay taxes on, paid taxes when I purchased my flat. If I could realistically pay taxes on what I do I would in an instant.

Any more irrelevant arguments? Because most of the debt problems we suffer come from private companies, or from borderline in legality repackaging of bad debt, but do not let facts and reality come in the way of things please.
