i have tried it on sleeping dogs,gw2,dead island, stalker: clear sky, blacklight retribution and then i removed the card and tried it with my 6850 with no issues put the 7950 in again tried the games again with the same issue.
it doesnt do it on skyrim or bastion
i have posted in the customer services section so hopefully should get some feedback from there.
im gutted got a card with a great vidic and low volts which ran cool now im gonna be without a card back to my 6850 then......
yeah its not like join lines its just suttle lines going across the screen generally in the middle portion of the screen that move about the same colour if not a little faded than the colour at the time sometimes there very visible others more sutle and its always there. i didnt realise how much it was spoiling the games untill i plugged in my 6850.
what is it when u get these suttle scrolling lines anyway?
i have ccc installed and msi afterburner and ive kept afterburner closed, all tests have been done on stock clocks it does it when oc'd too but i havent played with it much ocd as i didnt need to was just finding the clocks for future use.
Really
I moved from 5870 to 7950 and the performance increase is huge, noteworthy in the actual gameplay.
I only really play BF3 and sometimes BC2 but the difference is incomparable?

If the 8000 series is as bargaintastic as claimed, it might be well worth it. Hard call.
'Cluster' isn't a swear word.

I went from a 6870 to a 7950 (HIS IceQ Boost) and the performance gain is more than noticeable... Not sure what some people here are complaining about? Everything runs far better maxed out than before and i'm very happy with the results![]()
The performance difference is certainly noticeable, it's just that what I had before did a fine job for my needs.

. My girlfriends KFA2 GTX 660 Ti EX OC is showing a nice 92.5% (Grrr!).Your girlfriends 660ti will never match your 7950 though![]()
).My 7950 TF3 shows 92.6% for the ASIC reading. As I understand, this is a measure of how efficient and good at overclocking the chip is?
. I wonder if it's worth flashing the card with a non-boost bios and have it run at a constant 925Mhz with a lower voltage? It appears all 7950 'boost' cards hit 1.25V regardless of the brand.
).Mine's the boost version which goes up to a ridiculous 1.25V when it boosts to just 925Mhz!! Maybe that's why i get a lousy ASIC rating![]()
) It seems to be that the lower ASIC 7950's have a stock voltage of 1.093v, whereas the higher ASIC 7950's use 0.993v at stock.
