or even which to avoid?

I think EK nickel is a big no no at this point?

I can't find any comparison reviews?
I'm getting an xspc raystorm CPU block, and I noticed they have a similar thing on their 690 block, but I'm worried it might look a bit tacky?

Please could you post a before and after set of benchmarks to show how much of a difference the waterblock makes.

benchmarks would be the same unless you OC. do you mean temps?

it'll be quite difficult to ensure exact ambient remained the same, because I'll be WC for the first time and I'll be running leak tests for a few hours.

I'll post it up either way I suppose. I've to make sure I get the 690 first. seller isn't replying to emails anymore.

hmm, from what i have read, its possible to get circa +160/165 on the core on average with watercooling. some get more

i can get about 135ish on mine on air. so it does go higher on water.

but im not sure it worth it until someone figures out how to overvolt

I have found I can get mine to reach higher GPU clocks by reducing the power slider to about 110% - 115%. But for the best numbers in 3Dmark11 I find setting the power slider to Max (135%) gives me slightly lower GPU clocks but a higher score.
