If you must buy new, at least buy something awesome. MX-5 (edit: I have no idea how reputable this site is, go to a Mazda dealer...) can be had for £1k + £250pcm over 4 years, with £5.3k to pay at the end. Works out costing £18.3k, so you wouldn't see me doing it. Never ever ever ever. But it fits the criteria at least:
