Second question is OCZ ZS 550w enough for this system?

I was thinking of B75 asrock pro3-m and ocz zs or zt but want to ask you for advice... since i dont usualy read about the lower spec parts.

AsRock above, but the Gigabyte board is good and run the memory at a lower speed, you will not notice any performance difference.
