The Remington MB320C gives me a great shave but I've worn two out pretty quickly and now it doesn't hold charge.

I used the shaver without the guard to give me a stubble look and it was great at it

So for people that did have this shaver, what did you upgrade to and was it actually an upgrade.

THIS.

I got it for less than the cost of a new MB320C and it is so much nicer to use, it is gentle (the MB320C is like a lawnmower thrashing your face in comparison) and cuts well. It also means I can clip my hair nice and easily, paid for itself in a few months of haircut costs. :)

I still have my MB320C (bought it in 2009/2010) I just decided it was time for an upgrade and am extremely glad I did change.

Mostly irrelevant as I use it to stubble trim with no guard. ;) Still better than the 320C too.

I don't throw the thing around and don't have matted hair so it should be fine (and has been for 6 months), only cost about £20 or something instead of the £35 or whatever is usual price...not sure how I managed to get it so cheap as was via Amazon direct.

I have had my barba for years now, easily the best trimmer I have used. I imagine you have unfortunately just received a but of a duff example. That or you have copper wire for hair lol.

When/if my barba breaks I think i'll just buy another.

My MB320C is still working great. It needs to be left on charge for about 4-6 hours to get enough to last through a shave, if you only charge it for 1-2 hours which is what I used to try and do, it goes flat fast.
