Hi,

This wouldn't normally bother me, but I've got a few issues with a mobile phone provider,

Something else to add to the on growing complaint.. They sent me a new contract phone/sim card and in a separate envelope (addressed to me) they have someone elses pay monthly sim card with they're full address details.

Is this against data protection?

Thanks

You should report them immediately to the Information Commissioner's Office and expect them to be prosecuted and receive a £500,000 fine.

The individual responsible will also receive a prison sentence.

Or you could just return the misdirected item to the phone provider or forward it to the intended recipient.
