At what point dose something stop been classed as b grade and start to be called damaged?

I just got a **B Grade** Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2i have had many b grade items in the past and they have all been excellent, but this cooler came and it not what i would call b grade and its just damaged.

I would say:
50%+ of the fins are badly bent
the 2 plastic clips on the side of the heat sink have been pulled off and are cracked
the clips on the fan are cracker or it cant been mounted

I dont think this is a B grade i think it just very damaged and need to be binned, but i may be wrong what do you think?

I usually consider B Grade to mean its missing none vital parts or has cosmetic damage which does not effect its performance, just being opened/unsealed would count as light cosmetic damage. A heatsink with damaged fins would stop it performing properly so I would agree on it being broken rather than B Grade.

Do you have any pictures and is there a chance the damage happened during transit?

yes i would sat the damage did happen during transit, but it was packed in masses of bubble wrap and placed inside a box is it must have happen when been dispatch to the first buyer.

it lucks to have been crushed witch as broken the side mount for the fan then pushed the fin onto the fan bending them

lol sorry i am using a phone and the keyboard is crap i should read over stuff first

yes i would say the damage did happen during transit, but it was packed in lots of bubble wrap and placed inside a box, the damage must have happened when the parcel was going to the first buyer that's why it b grade

it looks to have been crushed and the side mounts that are fixed to the heat sink have broken off then the fan has been pushed into the fins bending them badly

Just return it. But get in touch with customer services first.

B-Grade should not be damaged items, I'd recommend contacting our returns department to get it returned for a refund.
