Hey,

We have all been there, where the misses wont let you spend any money thats not associated with clothes/perfume/alcohol. Well im in this situation.

I need a laptop capable of running WOW with MOP at even the lowest level of graphics at work. I work nights and have 10 hours during the night of nothing!!!

I currently have a sony vaio VGN19F/B which basically cannot be upgraded and it definately doesnt run WOW with its crummy 123MB onboard chip.

I only have about 150-200 Quid at a push to spend. Any ideas???

This list can be restricted to just show wow, in theory a c-50/60 based netbook could play wow on low settings using the Radeon HD 6290 80@280 - 400MHz GPU.

Computer Games on Laptop Graphic Cards.

The ASUS 1015BX could prob manage it £219 if you shop around.

Even a Laptop with a Sandy bridge fitted can play at low, look to Dell Outlet.

Regards.

Thanks for the feedback il check it out. Unfortunately its not 'my' money its 'our' money lol!

Yeah, but strangely if she wants something, it's her money!!! :p

BTW, I don't know if it's changed in the last 6 months or so but if you are going to try the Dell outlet - they tend to add new stock around 3pm each afternoon - although I got mine around 6ish so they must keep adding all day!
