The law is based around harm. The consequences are completely different, the latter is almost sure to end in psychological turmoil.

Glad they have been found though. Her parents must have had a few families of kittens by now.
 
In before she says she willingly went along with him and doesn't understand why everyone is making a big deal out of it.
