Missing girl 15, runs off with Maths teacher.

Megan has now been arrested, and charged with underage drinking. CCTV footage shows her trying to get a large Teachers down her throat...

Hey Richie - here's your scabby dog

Ta, now I just need to track them down and beat them to death with it ;)

As she is in France, is it 'fine' as the age of consent is 15? Then just wait until she turns 16 and return to UK

No because under the sexual offences act if such an act by UK nationals takes place in another country it is regarded as if it took place in the UK.

Well my brother who is 39, his missus is 19. They have been together for 2 years.......so.....yeah!!!!!!!!

You think it will last? I'm sure your bro is a nice guy, but what do they have in common?

Possibly in a few years time your bro will be winding down, and she'll be wanting to go off seeing the world, etc?

Are right OK. It that the same in other countries - e.g. someone in Spain could bring their 13 year old partner to UK and have sex and still be under Spanish law. Or would UK laws apply?

Does this apple for other laws too?

If he was found/ admitted having sex with a 13 year old whilst in this country, he'd be prosecuted. Wouldn't matter where they were from, or what the law in their own country is.

Yeah, we have double standards.

I always through the countries law over-ruled all

Like if you were caught with a spliff in Singapore - it isn't a slap on the wrist, its a nice long stretch inside

Both the country you are in and the country you are a national of can prosecute you or not as they see fit. Neither overrides the others laws as such.

That's teaching for you... one day you're taking the register, the next day you're on one...!

Anyway, teachers, they're all hypocrites.......they say that you aren't allowed to take your kids on holiday during term time, apparently it's OK for them though.

I was just thinking to myself, "This joke would be funnier if someone posted it for a 9th time in this thread!"

And bingo! There it was! How I laughed...

again cannot be bothered reading through 19 pages of no doubt keyboard warriors better than thou's opinions.

Take or leave the joke, me not bothered either way!

She is 15 not 8. It doesn't matter if they had sex, she still chose to leave with him

Is it possible for a 15 year old boy to kidnap an 18 year old woman?

You'll need to ask me a question that makes sense before I can answer it.

She can't make any decisions about running off with her teacher , she is 15.

There's no grey areas with it, or with the situation, it doesn't matter how you look at it or how you want or think the world works.

How does that work though? If I smoke weed in Amsterdam (when it was legal) can I be prosecuted like I could for smoking it in the UK?

Its interesting how many people use the law to state there is no difference between a 15 year old and some stupid low age (or for many other moral debate for that matter). You can believe a 15 year old is generally incapable of making sexual decisions, thats completely fine, but if your moral compass is completely guided by what is and is not a law, then you're sadly a half-wit.
