GG dude, not sure what went wrong for you really, I think that team is a bit rubbish and it only had 63 chem too, that will make a big difference on the cohesion of the team. Personally if you're doing a Russian league team I would go 4-4-1-1 and use more Zenit players. Zyryanov, Shirokov, Denisov, Lazovic and Bystrov are all underrated beasts! Get rid of that awful keeper and buy Akinfeev too, if you can get your team up to 100 chem you'll notice a huge difference. :)

Cheers for the tips, I normally do have 100 chem but was trying that formation out.

Emenike and Doumbia are the only things I like of this quad tbh.. I'm going to sell every player and build a Serie A team I think, not sure.
 
Guess I should have looked at the catalogue sooner. For those who don't know yet, you can buy a few little bonuses for UT there as well with your earned points.

Increased my trade pile to 40 cards, my consumable to 75, and redeemed a +200 coins for the next 10 games one aswell.

Looks like this year Ill be trying to make a French, Brazilian and maybe an Argie squad. Just think Im a bit bored after doing so many leagues last year...

Any cheap recommendations welcome - looking to build a cheap French one first and then get a nice Brazil squad going - need my Hulk fix!

The speed of UT definitely feels faster than previous. It's like a game of pinball. Wish it was a tad slower, I don't even have time to plan a play, I'm just playing based on instinct. :p
 
FFS. Bought 12 months of Xbox Live from Sainsburys so I could play some Ultimate team, opened it and there was no card in the ****ing box! So I have just paid £30 for an empty box and there is no way I can prove that it was empty when I opened it. Never shopping at Sainsbury's again now.
 
Anyone know a list of fifa 13 goal celerbrations ?

Some guy I just played did some sort of gay fairy jumping celebration was hilarious want to know how to do that !

Probably an unlock. All the unlocked celebrations I have look awful. Theres some sort of gay s&m pitbull celebration that just looks wrong.

and the Balotelli muscle celbration isn't even authentic as he keeps his shirt on. :rolleyes:


Think I need to go back to my custom 4-3-3 formation. 3-4-1-2 and 4-3-1-2 has its issues against some formations but I always feel that 4-3-3 is a solid all round formation... esp when you custom it to 4-2-1-3. :cool:

If I sold all my players right now I'd have close to 800k. Think I might build a cheap squad and see if prices I paid on the players I have right now come down.

After playng several game with Courtious and I can say that handling is such an important thing for a GK. Not once has he parried the ball into the feet of an opponent for an easy tap in.

I swear I saw him catch the ball in mid air with one hand. It was spectacular.
 
Has anyone noticed that it auto switches players too soon? I've been chasing someone and they pass it and it switches to another player and I run him out of position leaving a big gap.
