Hi

I have the msi twin frozr 7950's in crossfire, what should i be seeing in heaven as i think my results are low comapred to others.
I'm getting around 1500 with settings from the Offical thread at 1920x1080.
These are also my first AMD cards ever so im not used to the driver settings etc there just how i installed them apart from enabling crossfire.

Any Idea's ?

Cheers

is your crossfire enble? normally there's a crossfire icon the top left or right corner of your screen indicating your crossfire is enable if not check your setting.

With a good overclock there are scores approaching 4,000.

Are you sure you've set the benchmark to run in full screen mode?

CrossFire doesn't work in windowed mode.

Well I've been fiddling around and crossfire was defiantly enabled and running in full screen i rolled back the driver to 8.982.0.0 (catalyst 12.8).

My most recent score is now 2851 @ stock clocks which seems much better, maybe i messes up the fist driver install or something

Well i'm hovering around 3309-3325 scores at the moment, I'm managing 1040/1575 @ standard volts, anymore on the core i get heaven crash near the end of the benchmark.

While memory is maxed on the slider in Msi Afterburner and AMD Overdrive can i get around this to push higher ?

I assume you've increased the Power Control setting to something like +20% so the cards can draw what they need for the overclock?

I'd concentrate more on overclocking the core than the VRAM as that's where most of the benefit will be.

Perhaps back off on the VRAM overclock until you've found a stable core overclock.
