*** The Official FIFA 13 Thread ***

right guys is it just me or does this game just not feel right .

i used to love pro evo and the gameplay but when 7 came out it didnt feel right and i have to admit this fifa feels just like that

the way the game plays just does not feel fluid and the way you run/tackle just does not feel real and the ball seems kind of floaty.

also passing seems to be very hit and miss this time and the shoot button very sensitive many times ive hit the ball out of the stadium with the same amount of power as i used in 12 lol .

anyways didnt like 4-2-3-1 as didnt feel enough up front so sold my team and built this 4-1-2-1-2 with the coins i had .managed to make a fair bit of dosh buy just buying vermalens for around 17k and relisting at 20k bin think i did this ten times lol

I'm finding it really hard to adapt too. I also found passing is sometimes wildly inaccurate (on assisted), and the game speed on UT is too fast. Theres no real football! It's just constantly charging down the ball.
 
Playing manager career mode and I've been sacked after 3 written warnings for 'aggressive behaviour'. Before I restart, has anyone heard of this happening before?

Only thing I can think of is that the Kinect is picking up the surround sound and thinking it's me as I'm pretty much silent when playing (offline that is, anyway :P )

Doing better in my third season in division one. 3-0-2. The two games I lost were soft loses. Again, dominated possesion and play but still lose to corner kicks or lucky counter attacks. In these sort of games the opponents keeper turns into god and saves everything. So frustating.

I honestly think I have a problem. I've smashed so many controllers over the years but this is getting ridiculous. My girlfriend gets annoyed at me when I get like this and that only makes things worse. The game is brilliant but it can be SO infuriating at times, just like real football I guess!

It's ok. I smashed my PS3 pad into my coffee table, nice pad shaped hole in the top. But the pad survived, so then I proceeded to stamp on it to death, and tried to bite off the thumb sticks (in my defence I was trying to pull them off because I was convinced they were playing up and thus the reason I kept losing).

FIFA- bad times.
