The Official Fifa 13 11v11 Club

I think when there are more players on, especially with new players coming in and everyone having to learn each other, people need to stick to their respective positions, it's really chaotic when everyone is running around everywhere and then bumping into each and getting each others way. Also sticking to more shorter passes then trying lobbed through balls etc would help, passing around the ball will help with gelling.
 
Yes when there is a lot of players on passing needs to be more simple and to feet. The midfield needs to hold their positions more in midfield and make sure they always free for a pass rather then charging forward.

We had 6 on when i played i was rwb and at times we had 5 people all charging forward and no one holding their position or giving people a simple pass.

When there is a lot on the cms should play more like dms and only really get forward if theres space to do so.

If the cms are charging forward they often take space the cam or sts need to come deep so all they can really do then is charge forward them selfs.
 
That's a good point, seeing CMs ending up in the box too often, yesterday when i played LCM the furthest i went was to sit just inside the final third, that way you're in a nice position to pickup the ball if it's cleared from the box and don't leave too much of a gap behind you to help defence if it goes over the top of you.

On the flipside every time i tried ST or CAM i found i never had any space to move in to because there were already people taking up spaces further forward than they should have been, at least until the attack had progressed anyway....

Yes when i played ST last night i saw many more advanced them me dispite us playing one lone striker ie me.

We need to keep shape.

When i reverted to 442 midway in one of the games last night, w eplayed a lot better and it was only Bios who noticed we was now on a flat 442 formation.

for newcomers i think this formation is the best as it gives a sense of structure and disipline to us.

Think that was the game i was playing LAM or RAM, must admit when we get an attack on the opposite site of the pitch I'm generally in line with the strike force in an attempt to pickup over hit crosses and such, though it never seems to work that well so maybe i'll stop that :D

Brilliant games last night.

wel played and in division 3!!

I personaly thing that when doomer and co are not on, the 4231 works the best for the new players(t4, bios, gorb, chowman,apocalypse, pickle and me) whilst the usual 5212 works wonders when we have doomer and co online.

i myself had a bit of a hit and miss last night. at times my performance was shocking, especially a person with my experience in this game mode. i was awful at times and need to step up my game overall as i can play 10x better then this so apologize to the whole team for my lacklust performance so far in this club.

To all assisted managers. do not let no one else in except xavi. we now have 20+ players and i dont want to add anymore! need to gel first lads. any requests u get, reject it, only add xavi.

Soad, have u joined the club yet?

Is this the first time u have shown interest to the club? if so, read my posts above. we are no longer recruiting any players at present.

However, if you signed up and shown interest last week, you can join.

Please wait towards end of the week where sign ups will be open on a 1-2 player per week basis
 
Cool nice one, we will add u to the club later on. If im not around, ask one of the managers to do so and point them to this thread mate as i have told them not to add anymore.
