Thank you B Grade

Meh!!!

My fault for ummming and arrring before pulling the trigger. I ordered the gun metal colour switch case instead. TBF, I wasn't decided out of the 2 which to go for, so you getting the last black one made my mind up :)

Ahhh thats good then, was thinking one of us were gonna lose out!! 2 weeks ago when i got my mpower i did not receive conformation until the morning it was delivered. My switch is still in queue but have asked for friday delivery so i can play at the weekend! Got a 128gig vertex 4 coming too, want to get fresh install done before next week when ivy/2nd lightning/water comes next week :D

No reply yet.

:(

5UB is definitely the things have gone wrong person. Ha ha.

I ordered Sleeping Dogs code from here and I put the security code in 2 times on my card incorrectly before I realised I had the wrong card in my hand. On the third attempt I input the correct security code and the order processed. Checked my emails 20 mins later and I had 3 codes in my inbox. Checked my bank statement and only charged for one....

I let 5UB know and not even a thanks or an acknowledgment that I'd done the right thing and that they were grateful. I'm not sure you could count banking the codes and selling them as stealing but it's very dishonest and would have cost them £40 odd. Not a massive amount but still.

I wasn't expecting a knighthood but a thanks would have gone a long way :).

Ah well - I barely order from here now. My monitors were £100 in total more expensive here when I bought them (2 of them). That's an extreme but even so. The CS when something goes wrong is second to none but if push comes to shove and something goes wrong you've always got your statutory rights. I only use the forum to chat with the community here now.

Sorry for de-railing your thread Dave :D.

Good honesty Rusty. Not many around like that still.

My loyalty was on the verge last time my order was messed up...

Yeah it was just the right thing to do. The lack of thanks was bad but oh well - not going to get too upset by it... I just decided after that I'll only order here if I want free delivery.

I've ordered so, so many things online and I've not had a single problem with any company so it's not reason alone to stay loyal.

The MM is superb though.

Please remember I will reply in the Customer Service section usually in work hours. :)

Been driving around Manchester saving people this evening unexpectedly, as much as I would love to solve customer queries 24/7 I need to have my stressful life outside of work too. :p

I wasn't expecting a reply till after 9am today (The same with any 9-5 company). I understand OcUK is a buisness like any other and have no reason to reply till the shop opens at 9am. I am a union rep at work and constantly get phone calls from stressed fellow employees about the pettiest of things at times but it doesn't bother me, as sometimes people just need to vent their frustrations.

No worries, it will be after 9am today. Is 5pm okay for you? :D

Union rep?? Sounds like the mob to me......:)

Sorted Greg? :)

I assume you cancelled your holiday today? Something is going wrong somewhere in OCUK's 'place order' to 'parcel to DPD' process. Happening a fair amount recently.

I think so and I will confirm tomorrow ;)

No chance of cancelling the days holiday as I was supposed to be at work at 6am and Management only work 9-5 :(

It was ideal to do the build today as no Wife or Kids home till ~ 5pm. I have never done water cooling but sure I will be fine.

I've only ordered twice and have a 50 percent success rate,
Most annoying when a holiday is wasted

The same thing also happened to Gregster when he ordered his B Grade monitors. I know he was very happy with how it ended but it does make you wonder if there is a problem with their B grade stock logging systems.

Glad to hear that he (mostly) sorted it out for you.

B-Grade is always an issue as most items there is normally only one of that item in stock and the system does not update quick or enough or peoples internet cache to show its gone.

Problem is sometimes some B-grade is too keenly priced and within the window of the website updating the stock status 2-3 people could have ordered an item where there is only one.

Or sometimes for whatever reason, people order more than 1 of a B-grade item even when website shows 1.

Then B-grade system in itself can easily have stock errors from time to time.

B-grade is what it is a gamble, some people get the item and get a bargain, some miss out and some are not satisfied with the item recieved, but in general the discounts are good.

When we do mess up, we do endeavour to resolve the problem to our best ability. :)
