Playing video games is bad for politics

The over analysis of class/race choice made me cringe too much to continue reading. But at a glance, she can't play it that much, look at that gear :p

I don't think she's doing anything wrong by playing online games, but I have to question whether someone fit for office would be so stupid as to say some of the things she has on her public blog.

I can't imagine this has made much difference. Normal people won't take a blind bit of notice, gamers might start voting for her, only those that already didn't like her will buy into this cack.

It's an incredibly pathetic attempt to smear someone that might end up backfiring. The Republican candidate must be pretty weak if they have to clutch at straws like this.

I think the context of the comments needs to be taken into consideration, it is a game and not real life even if you do blog or post about it. Trying to correlate those who do unfortunately lose the plots with regards to online/offline with everyone is a dull move, let alone the impact of the game itself.

I've said all sorts of things in games that in a real world analysis are crazy, but then I don't normally walk the streets armed like a marine shooting at an opposing team.

Does the fact that I take pleasure from doing so mean I can't hold a position within the state? I've heard people going on about deriving great pleasure from getting in good shots against friends at paintball, sometimes in heated tone, are they all public liabilities?

This just underlines the fact that American politics is vacuous and more often than not utterly pathetic and designed for those with the mental capacity of a child.
