I don't understand the big deal though, he was after all simply a Tech company CEO. It is sad that someone has died and all that, and I can understand the company he founded marking his day, but not all the rest of it. It is not as if he really changed the world or gave anything of real value to Mankind, unless you count little white gadgets as being of any particular value to mankind in the long term.

1 year, that's just amazing. Feels nothing like that. I'm far from an Apple fanboi but that's a nice tribute to a truly incredible individual.

Y'all obviously don't know the stories about Jobs. He was a nasty piece of work, a complete *******. There were probably some very happy apple employees when they found out he died.
