Well first off, I'm sure we can all agree how ridiculously hot Milla is.

What exactly does a woman like that see in Mr. Anderson? (Not the cool guy who can fly and stop bullets and ****)

I've always wondered it, shes probably up there in the top 100 sexiest women alive and her history of men is well, shocking. She aims so below herself it's unreal, I know there are more to people than looks, but these guys do nothing but butcher film after film after film, they may have a lot of money but so does she, it's not like she has to go ride out a **** relationship for money...

So what is it? Maybe she has some incredibly deep issues that effect her self confidence to the point that she secretly sees herself as dirt? Which is unlikely due to her modelling. You can tell from 5 minutes of YouTube searches that she's a cool person too, so it's not like nobody with anything about them is put off by her personality. This whole thing baffles me, I wish I was a famous human being of note so I could put the question to her personally. Not even Amy Lee is this bad for unfitting spouses.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a man in Hollywood who'd say no, she should go marry Dwayne Johnson or something.

No, nobody who can do the stuff to some of the films he's made can be a nice guy. Nobody can do what he did to Resident Evil and escape being branded a bag for carrying douches.

He single handedly ruined the Alien and Predator franchise with AvP, Resident Evil franchise and Mortal Kombat. Infact the only film that I would consider decent is Event Horizon and even that was a failure. He should be punished for his crimes and never allowed to direct again! He's on par with Uwe Boll.

He's most likely is a genuinely nice person and since when was love about a person appearance? Be it you're opinion but a narrow minded one at that.

and let's not forget what he did to the classic Three Musketeers!
Obviously Milla was hot in it but that was it's only saving grace, just barely!
 
Perhaps she realises that, as an actress, she'll never be bothering any real massive payday or acclaim so she's sticking to what she knows best; making lots of money from trash.

Average/ugly people all want to be with someone super attractive to disprove that they are unattractive themselves. Hot people, super hot people don't feel the need to prove themselves by going out with super hot people, so they just end up with whoever they hell they want.

My take on it anyway, think about it if it was money and people wanting to marry into money or something along those lines. While for someone like Bill gates, every women on earth is "poor" compared to them, money becomes a non factor.

That or both the men mentioned are tripods.

Naive viewpoint, too. It's nice to throw around ideals like looks aren't important but that isn't reality. :rolleyes:

99% of people end up with a partner who is similarly attractive, with a slight amount of leeway in either direction, fact.

I agree though, I take my hat off to all of them, Luc Besson is in the same boat (he seriously reminds me of something hillarious but I can't quite put my finger on it :p). How these guys got the women they did is astounding, but fair play to them. It's just mind boggling how it happens, because you very rarely see it in society, so a celebrity is even more shocking (no need to moneygrab etc).

Or he has a ton of money, a fair amount of women think that's attractive.

In the 80's there was a similar couple, Jenny Seagrove and Michael Winner. I thought back then why is she going out with him? :confused: :rolleyes:

just walk around and actually look at people - i see it all the time.

It is though, sometimes there can be exceptions of course, but even then the majority of the time it's a good looking bloke with a hag of a woman, VERY rare is it a beautiful woman with a man below themselves.

I know it's fashionable to come into a topic like this and play the 'stop being shallow' card, but it isn't being shallow, it's being normal mate.

Granted though, the amount of decent older women I've seen with Homer Simpsons is fairly considerable, so maybe it all changes when a woman gets into a proper age, but for most people aged 20-40 looks mean a whole lot. Probably just answered my own question there. :p

Oh and I loved Mortal Kombat. :(

honestly i disagree.
i find it more likely to see a good looking woman with an older 'uglier' man.
Men tend to go for attractive younger women and women go for older more mature (and sometimes richer) men - thats a complete stereotype but i see it a lot.

Seriously though, maybe in a higher age group (i.e 35 age range babes going for the 50 year old director type) but you'll very rarely see a woman between 18-35ish batting for an ugly, maybe older, nicer bloke. It'll happen but it won't be something you see often at all. Probably makes me seem bitter or something, all the girls I've gotten with over the last few years have all been a fair bit nicer than me, but not this kinda craziness, everytime I've gone for an 8/10+ I've failed. :cool:
