Engine oil

Does anyone know of a use for old engine oil

(apart from driving 10 miles to recycle it and use 2 gallon of diesel)

I dont really want to wheelie bin it I would rather use it if I could.

Your car does 5MPG? That's not very good for a diesel.

My dad 'paints' old farm machinery with my waste oil. Grease guns them first then slaps it on after

Heh, i remeber my dad painted the chassis of his motorhome with a couple gallons of old oil, he was ever so impressed when the garage steamed it off for him when it went in for a service.

Pretty sure there is a 2500 liter tax free allowance or something for recycled fuels, this is why its ok to run on WVO

Only applies to fuels with an organic base, not mineral/synthetic based stuff like engine oil.
