Mini Fridge

Likely for two reasons:

- It is an item that uses a lot of power and all equivalent items provided to students in Halls would require regular health and safety electrical testing.

- Compressors can die and fridges can leak fluid everywhere.

Fridges that size use less power than a pc. There's not really any good reason for the rules given that commonly used items such as lithium batteries can self-combust with the resulting fires being very difficult to extinguish, which is a much greater hazard.
